- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp organic honey (local if possible)
- 1/2 c almond milk
- Espresso (optional – single or double)
Instructions
- Create Your Milk Base: In a heat-safe glass, warm up your almond milk and then stir in your turmeric, cinnamon, and honey until combined.
- (OPTIONAL) Steam Your Milk: Steam your milk to further warm it and make it frothy.
- Add Your Espresso: Add one or two shots of espresso to your milk mixture. If you don’t drink caffeine, skip this step!
