These high-protein Greek Yogurt Bagels are light, fluffy, and so easy to make! They’re healthier and taste even better than store-bought bagels!

For the Bagel Dough:
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
For the Eggwash + Topping:
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Water
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (or other seasoning of choice)
Instructions
- Combine flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix until a dough forms. Use a spatula or a mixer with a bread hook attachment. If using a mixer, scrape the bowl edges with an oiled spatula to prevent sticking.
- Divide the dough into even pieces and roll them into balls. Lightly oil your hands to prevent sticking. Poke a hole in the center of each ball and shape it into a bagel. Place shaped bagels on a non-stick or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Mix an egg with about a teaspoon of water to create an eggwash. Brush the eggwash over each bagel and add your preferred toppings.
- Bake (using oven): Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown, rotating the baking sheet halfway through for even cooking.
- Bake (using air fryer): Spray the air fryer basket with oil or line it with parchment paper. Place bagels top down in the basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
