It’s vibrant colors look beautiful, and the flavor of the grilled peaches marry beautifully with the salty burrata, fresh basil, and tangy balsamic glaze.

The Burrata Effect (Yes, It’s a Real Thing)
If you bring a plate of greens to a party, chances are it’ll get picked at. If you throw a ball of burrata on a plate of greens at a party – especially one with balsamic and grilled peaches – the minute you put that plate down you’ve become the life of the party and don’t have to worry about cleaning your dish because chances are your guests will do that for you almost immediately. The Burrata Effect is real, and I’m here for it.
If you add fruit to the salad you’re about to grace with a burrata ball, extra points for you. Something about combining cheese, greens, and fruit (and oftentimes a zingy vinaigrette just works, which I why I love adding grilled peaches to this salad.
Preparing Your Grilled Peach Burrata Salad
Start by prepping your peaches. Slice them in half, remove the pits, and thinly slice them. For a bit of extra flavor, brush the peach slices with olive oil and sprinkle with a little sugar. This simple step will give your peaches a lovely caramelized touch once they hit the grill. Grill them for 3-5 minutes per side until you achieve those beautiful grill marks. Once done, set them aside to cool.
While the peaches are cooling, prepare your greens. I used a Spring Mix for this recipe, but Arugula would also be a great choice for a peppery kick. Lay the greens out in a large serving dish. Next, arrange your grilled peach slices on top of the greens. For the best results, use all the peaches you’ve grilled—every bite should be a mix of sweetness and smoky flavor.
Now for the star of the show—the burrata. Tear the burrata into pieces and scatter it over the peaches and greens. The creamy, rich burrata pairs perfectly with the sweet grilled peaches.
Season and dress the salad with a generous drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of salt, and a few cracks of fresh pepper. To finish, add a lavish drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top. This sweet and tangy glaze will bring all the flavors together beautifully.
And that’s it—your Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad is ready to be enjoyed! It’s perfect as a light lunch or a sophisticated side dish. The combination of juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and crisp greens, all finished with a sweet balsamic glaze, makes for a delightful summer treat.
