If you love Pumpkin Coffee drinks, you’ll love this Pumpkin Spice Shaken Espresso made with almond milk! Dairy-Free and Refined Sugar-Free!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp pure pumpkin
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Espresso (I used a double shot in this recipe, but you can do a single shot if desired)
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine Your Ingredients: Start by adding your almond milk (or other milk alternative) to a jar with the pumpkin, honey, and cinnamon. Add in your ice and espresso on top, and seal your jar with a lid.
  2. Shake Your Espresso: Once sealed, shake your jar for 20-30 seconds to ensure that all of the ingredients evenly combine. Use a spoon to mix in any excess honey at the bottom of your jar after shaking if needed.

  3. Serve Your Shaken Espresso: Add in some additional ice and pumpkin spice or cinnamon on top of your drink after it’s all shaken up and enjoy!
